My Promise

One day, as I was meditating this spring (2007), a voice came through to me loud and clear. Writing down the words as quickly as possible, the expressions were especially poignant because, in 2005, I had created an inspirational card deck and book called "The Wisdom of Mary Magdalene"; and I felt that Mary was actually talking to me, challenging me to move forward in some ways I had been resisting. So, in the spirit of creating the life we envision, I share with you the words I heard, as my promise and commitment to support your successful journey, leading to the realization of your sweet dreams. My promise is that I will offer you the wild abandonment of thought and action so that the spirit of the universe and the sweet spices that you inhale will bring you to a place of complete freedom—physically, mentally, metaphysically.

You have the power to attract anything you want

You have the power to attract anything you want and you can do it only by releasing the pent up solitude of your heart – when you willingly, and maybe fearfully, commit to exploding the fullness of your being…that is when “the promise” will be fulfilled. You don’t have to “know” where the journey will take you…only that, with each step of abandonment, you come closer and closer to the culmination of your journey’s work, your promise to the women of the world who, in your mind, you pledged to honor and commit to help in their process.

I, Mary, am but one of the inspirations in your life. I have entered your consciousness to be but one guide, to talk, through you, of the riches we hold within our hearts. You are my messenger to untold thousands upon thousands of waiting bodies, feeling the hint of fully expressed tastes to appear.

There is but one step you must take to manifest “the promise” to countless others. You must step through the wall of fear once and for all, so that others will fully understand “the promise” that can be fulfilled in their own lives. This reticence, to be heard, prevents you from fulfilling the promise you made to yourself decades ago when your childish ways and beliefs prevented you from being totally alive.

But this is not a bad thing either. You have carefully leveraged the years to “become” yourself. Everything – each step, each tear, each peal of laughter – has been carefully choreographed by unseen spirits preparing the way for now…this most important leg of the journey, when you finally lie down the old belief systems, the fears, and bring them with your thanks, for bringing you to this glorious place in life.
